Linda Shaffer-Vanaria
Linda Shaffer-Vanaria is the U.S. Navy’s third woman Test Pilot
and one of the first women squadron Commanding Officers of an operational
squadron detached at sea. She holds associate membership in the Society
of Experimental Test Pilots. Linda served as a U.S. Naval Officer for
21 years. Following her tenure in the military, she worked with a global
oil company. President and founder of Enterprise Coaching of Carlsbad,
Linda is currently an executive coach and speaker working internationally
with some of the world’s finest companies.
